AAPYAM INSTITUTE OF INDIGENOUS SCIENCES AND RESEARCH (AIIS&R), Bengaluru initiated as a Unit of Aapyam Ayurveda Foundation® is a creation for conceptualization and realization of research possibilities in the field of Indigenous Sciences. The Institute focuses on research studies in three major sectors viz., Literary studies related to indigenous knowledge in health sciences, Yoga Philosophy and Clinical research in Ayurveda and other traditional healing systems. The institute is a platform for all research initiatives concerning development of Indigenous knowledge from all segments. The institute offers academic support to scholars from India and abroad for training and research in areas of scientific research related to Indian Sciences including publications.
